We were wandering around the city, not exactly sure where to go or eat. We came upon this restaurant and couldn't have been more pleased. The service was friendly, making suggestions at every turn for food and wine. We asked if there was a way to purchase the wine we were drinking to take with us, and we were sent down the street to the proprietor's brother, who runs Garrafeira, a wine shop. It was a Sunday night, and all the recommended places were not open. We went in and had a pretty bad experience with mediocre wine, boring food, and slow service (one waiter for about 6 tables). View all feedback.
