"I cannot recommend palette bistro very. they held our COVID wedding/elopement in 2020, and it could not have gone better. everything was coordinated by e-mail (which can be difficult! , but everything has still been beautiful, and honestly even better than we expected. they allowed us to have the entire private space in the upper floor for our event, with a breathtaking view of the water. the food was delicious, served on time and exactly what everyone had ordered. the service itself was also incredible; the team was attentive, fast, friendly and helpful. it felt like we had the whole restaurant with the focus they allowed us. the prices were very fair, especially for the quality and quantity of food and care we receive. we never felt hurried, or as if we had overtaken our welcome. "Great separate vegetarian menu with vegan section. The vegan menu has starters, salads and entrees. We tried the Mediterranean linguine- it was pretty good and the city park salad with dried cherries, toasted walnuts and a mustard herb vinaigrette dressing. We enjoyed our meal."

"We came for lunch on our first day of the trip and enjoyed it so much we came back for breakfast on our final day! The coffee is excellent and fresh, and the drink prices are unrivaled. The food is outstanding, from breakfast through lunch and desserts. Everyone working is extremely friendly and kind, and the atmosphere is cozy and crammed (in a good way! ."

"I took 1 star off because I tried to order some rye whiskey but the only way you can get it is if they add water. This is a rule created by the owner. Apparently the owner knows how I like my whiskey better than me. We are allowed to order whiskey any way we want where I come from. I ordered beer.I also took 1 star off for the burger because they never asked how I wanted it. It was good but I am sure the owner knows better than I about how done my burger should be."
