Jessie hooked it up!! Hadn’t been to a Cold Stone in a longgg time. Jessie was friendly helpful. Although there was no Rocky Road in sight, she had no problem making me some. Only cons- the bathroom was out of order it was pretty warm in here for a summer day. Even for the employees! AC could go down some. Napkins we’re pretty cheap, felt like they were from the 99c store. Have to grab a lot for melting ice cream View all feedback.

You need to update your hours. Google says you open up at 11: 00am. The hours on your door say 11: 00am. I showed up at 12:30pm and all the doors were locked and no one was inside. That's not very good customer service. View all feedback.
The new brown sugar ice cream is the .com! The lady working tonight was extremely nice and went over and beyond for us. Thank you for the great service!
Great ice cream but felt rushed and they didn’t give spoons.
