What Tyler King likes about Hyatt Regency Phoenix:
Easy to get to from PHX. Take the sky train to 44th st, pay $2 for a 30 min tram ride to 3rd st, and walk two blocks. Seriously, where else can you get around for $2?! Hotel is nice, rooms are tidy and comfortable. Only two things to note: pillows are a bit soft/thin for my liking (can easily double up) and there was not a light switch for the main part of my room on the 6th floor so I had to walk across the room to... What kimschmid doesn't like about Hyatt Regency Phoenix:
Despite engineering saying they “fixed” the AC in the room, the temperature never fell below 74.8. A fan was delivered, but that just blew the hot air around. Not reasonable to expect guests to stay in an expensive room that never cools down. View all feedback.
