"We are usually very happy with our food from HMNTOTF, but this time we were very disappointed in one of the dishes we ordered, and with the reaction of the restaurant to our concerns. We ordered a Vegetable Pad Thai, a Green Curry with Chicken and a Cashew Chicken. Two of the dishes were fine, although there were a lot of big pieces of onion. Unfortunately, the Green Curry had a terrible smell...like a barn! We called to express concerns and to alert the restaurant to the fact that maybe an ingredient was off and other dishes could be affected. The woman who answered the phone was indignant rather than concerned and thankful for the information. I believe there was an assumption that we were looking for a refund. The short temper of the woman and her aggressive tone on the phone mean that for us, this order was our last and I will be sure to share our experience with others."
