"I had looked forward to this place for a couple years now after hearing so much about it. Maybe my expectations were simply too high and while the food was good, it wasn't fantastic. Got the Thunder Crunch and it was not very big and not alot different from other chicken sandwiches I've had. The service was top notch though friendly quick and its a very nice atmosphere (if you ignore the kids yelling at another table). If I lived closer I'd probably go back again and try something else, but its almost an hour drive. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"Had the Acoustic Jam burger and they aren't kidding, it really is one of the best burgers I've had. Super juicy, moist and delicious . I had it on a gluten free bun and the bun it itself was not awesome as it totally fell apart but I mentioned it to server and he went and got me a new bun that was grilled longer and that was better but good GF buns are hard to find, I get it. But burger itself was great and I felt they took great care in ensuring my food was safe. Side salad was also very good. My friend had the same burger on a regular bun with fries and was there in the past and said the chicken fingers are also really good.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free Burger bun available but menu otherwise limited to I think two types of burgers and salad."

"Our family did a day trip and your lunch was great .So fresh , hot and delicious. Staff were very friendly and the prices were really good. We've been to other restaurants for the same meals and their prices were almost double. THANK YOU for the great meals ❤"

"Intimate and cozy atmosphere. Our waitress Michelle was really friendly with a great sense of humor. The food; Steak mushrooms w/ a generous side of fries and vegetables and Chicken w/ wild mushrooms, smashed potatoes and vegetables. All so fresh and extremely delicious!! A melt in your mouth, forget to take pictures and dream about it for days after kind of experience. Amazing!"

"Had looked at vegan eat options in Prince Edward County and The Bean Counter caught my eye as sounded relaxed, casual, somewhere where I could read a book enjoying vegan food. It did not disappoint! I ordered the felafel wrap and rice burrito to share with my non vegan mom so could try both as well as a refreshing iced oat latte . Both wraps were delicious but mom and I preferred the yummy rice burrito. Scored the last dairy free gelato pineapple/mango for half price for dessert. Service was friendly, quick and the cafe had good amount of seating including large shared table which I loved. Came the next day for breakfast as it was open on August Civic holiday and enjoyed rice burrito again along with freshly brewed coffee with oat milk. They also offer date squares , granola bar and breakfast cookie as vegan treats which didn't try. Definitely worth a visit!"
