"Chelsea was great. Could instantly tell she knew what she was doing. Didn't stand over us to take our order and was so pleasant and knew her menu. The food was amazing and well worth the price. We cone to the area about twice a year but this is the firsttime I was at this place. Decorated to blend well with the feel you expect when you visit this area. If you come to the smokeymountains you need to stop in and eat. Great place and we will be back."

"After seeing the blue Cookie Monster sauce on a burger from another poster, I knew I had to visit here with my 14yo son on our mini vacay. So glad we did! The best part of Cookie Dough Monster is that all ingredients are local and handmade from scratch from their burgers, right down to their amazing ketchup! Friendly staff, happy to please, and will create an delicious edible work of art to your personal tastes. My son had the spicy queso burger onion rings. He professed that he finally met his level of spiciness! Pretty good when he's eaten jalapeños out of a jar like candy since the age of 4. I had a bbq bacon, onion ring, and mushroom that were sautéed in a wine reduction burger with a side of crinkle fries and their homemade ketchup and blue sauce to dip in. We visited the following day for their 9 variety pack of edible cookie dough. A great deal you pick any 9 flavors. Generous portions, not for the faint of heart, sugar rush if you want to satisfy a sweet tooth!"

"The veggie burger is Boca. We also had the fried pickles as an appetizer and they were served with small pieces of fried chicken in the bottom of the basket. Go to Mellow Mushroom if vegan, and for veggies there are other places with veggie burgers to check out. Other cons: we sat for 10 minutes before having to flag down someone to serve us (they were busy- but 10 min is a bit much), they served wine in a glass with a large chip out of the stem and overall the food was just not great."

"Came on a family spring break visit. Burgers were good and portions were large. Love the fact you don’t have to choose between fries or onion rings, you can go 50/50. Like so many places, suffering from short wait staff. Wait was long, but worth it. What was unfortunate is we ordered 3 of their famous shakes 9 each). Would have loved to know they were out of whipped cream before placing the order and receiving them, we think we would have ordered only 1 or 2. Nutella crunch was great. S’mores and death by chocolate needed the whipped cream. Photo is after we are half the burger and fixings."
