What tara w likes about Cool Cat Cafe:
2024 Update: food was yummy! Service was great. Loved our booth and our waitress. 2023: Food was good. Our service was horrible. We had to ask for everything including refilling our waters.

What Annette Partida doesn't like about Cool Cat Cafe:
Automatic 18% tip minimum? Even for lukewarm service? The sever was mediocre at best. We had to ask another server and the busboy for extra things. When they ran my card, the tip screen came up automatically demanding at minimum an 18% tip for even just 2 people. There wasn’t even an option to tip the standard 15%. I’m gracious about tipping, but not when service is poor and it is expected. View all feedback.
