Chan An - Pittsburgh

What A S likes about Chan An:
Mostly consistent, very quick, inexpensive, and definitely tasty. They are always very kind and they always have our order ready within a couple minutes. My husband always orders the General Tso's chicken, but I've had a few different dishes and they've allbeen good. We eat here roughly once a month. View all feedback.

What E J doesn't like about Chan An:
I ordered kung pao shrimp with steamed white rice. The white rice that they gave was mushy, slimy and smelly. There's no way they didn't know it was bad. Unfortunately I didn't check my food until I got to work. I wasn't able to come back the same daybecause I was working. I called and their customer service is horrible.
