"Great coffee, tea and Espresso-based drinks, such as the espresso macchiato. Service could be slightly better but I’m not complaining. Not sure about the food options, we didn’t order any. Live music is available on Sundays, which really adds to the vibe. My espresso macchiato was superb tasted strong and dark. The coffee, hot chocolate and tea that were parts of our order were great as well. Will be back."

"The food was delicious. Our servings were not skimpy. I enjoyed the breaded porkchop with white rice, red beans and sweet plantain. My partner ordered red rice with shrimp and a green salad. We were too full to order desert but maybe next time."

"Pretty good overall. It has a certain charm but the meat sauce has changed. The service is always quick and friendly and the prices are fair. I wish they accepted credit cards though. It is tough as I travel for work and don't have a ton of cash on me."

"We went up to the window to get ice. there were many employees in the kitchen, but they were all very slow, even to confirm our existential. two employees looked at me right, said nothing and kept on with their tasks. when we were finally served, the money was not very warm at all. I understand that they are busy, but if a hired person looks at them, they could at least acknowledge that they are there and say hello or welcome, maybe let the customers know they will be with them in a minute? it seems the customer service is a reflection with this restaurant. high prices for moderate icy, coupled with bad customer service. a winning combi! will not go back. for what it is worth, this is the second time in two different friendly 's places I had really bad customer service experiences. I'm not a karen. had not harassed anyone on the theke about the experience, ordered my ice, observed and noticed the lack of Luster experience."
