Friday after Thanksgiving I went to this Panera and had the best experience. I was in the drive through and my sandwich didnt get put in the bag which I usually check but did not this time. I went back to get it (feeling a little annoyed and hungry). The manager went over and above to make it right. He provided excellent customer service. I would hire him 10 times over. I wish I had gotten his name but it was around... View all feedback.

Frequent flyer at Panera, love the food service is always great BUT if a steak and cheddar sandwich is almost $15 bucks I expect more … refer to photo attached....
