"We drove from Leavenworth to eat at the Waffle House but when they were only open for take out we stumbled across Roxanne's Cafe. Boy are we happy we did!! Excellent food at reasonable prices with friendly staff and fast service!! What more could you possibly want in a dine out experience at 6:30 on a Saturday evening? This is one of our new go-to's!!"

"Classic small town BBQ/diner. We stopped in for an early dinner, and tried the pulled pork monster sandwich and good sides. The sauces were OK sauce is a matter of personal taste, and these were good, but not my faves. The sides were generous and tasty. The staff person was prompt and very friendly. I'd definitely go back if I'm back that way! Also We happened to be there on BOGO night don't know if that was a one time sale since they were closing early for Halloween, or a regular thing, but that was a pleasant surprise."

"We happened to see the flags outside and decided to try it since we hadn’t had Jamaican food for a long time. My first response was that it’d be too spicy. We met David the owner, and he grinned and corrected me and said “flavorful”. I now use that word in my vocabulary! We got the pulled pork and the non-alcohol pink ting soda (at David’s recommendation). Boy, was that a refreshing drink after that AMAZING flavorful smoky meat. My husband and I looked at each other and said we hadn’t had this good of a meal since we were in Seattle and had found the best Cuban sandwiches. This is in no way Cuban food but the excellence of representing a country’s cuisine is 5 star and above. The restaurant is owned and managed by David and his wife. David is US military, and we literally thank him for his service! Sorry it took so long to write this. We were there about a month ago. I’d say load up your family and friends and take a road trip. We’re from KC. Thanks David!"

"Delicious food! Great staff! We had the classic and the country scramble! Eggs were fluffy potatoes were nicely fried up! Devin was our server and was an awesome, efficient, and very kind! They also had flavor creamer like hazelnut and vanilla for those that like that fru fru coffee! OMG the ham was amazing! I would order it and eat if I were you!"

"I ordered the big breakfast a cinnamon roll pancake, both very good, but you best be really hungry, cause I had to take back leftovers. The service was great, no issues at all. 10/10 would recommend."

"Reminded me of my home town area in garden grove. Tried a few items on the menu, their chicken curry baguette sandwich, chicken pho and their chicken skewers were amazing. Owner is the sweetest, just a very great experience all around. A gem in the small area of Leavenworth for sure"

"Best Mexican I had in the area.... It had a large menu and cheap prices, also for a Mexican restaurant. I had Tamale who were excellent, and the woman had a Chili Relleno that also looked good. It had a children's menu, but you really didn't need it. Our children had no problem finding things they like. I think Salsa was better than average. The service was fast and attentive. Definitely worth a second trip."
