What Jasmin Jenkins likes about Blaxlands Inn:
Really great spot - relaxing, good food, very friendly and helpful staff, ambience is great and what a super location. This is one of those places where the sum of the parts working together is what makes it so good. It is 'smart casual' and has a log fire (in the winter only of course) and just very relaxing and enjoyable to be at.The lime and coconut creme bruleè was superb :-)Definitely call in - you will not regre... What Wally Wiese doesn't like about Blaxlands Inn:
As part of a day trip to the Hunter Valley, our daughter made a 12:30 lunch reservation for four at the Blaxland Inn. Arriving at 12:20 we were told to wait in the lounge and they would call us when the table was ready. At 12:40 we asked if our table was ready and apparently it was. After placing our order we waited an hour to have our fish and chips, chicken burger, porterhouse steak and chicken Caesar salad arrive.... A nice spot for a mid week birthday lunch in the Hunter Valley. I have been once before a few years ago and the first thing I noticed was the parking. It...

"We can't rate the meal at Muse Kitchen highly enough.. Outstanding experience! Worth the extra coin. Make sure you add a side or bottle of wine to complement the wonderful dishes."

"Came here with some friends for my partner's birthday, Kaitlin gave us an amazing tasting experience with a variety of delicious wines and was an absolute riot. Had a lot of fun and laughs while enjoying some quality wine 10 stars out of 5. Our mate Lachlan Thorndike even broke a glass and they were super nice about it"

"Dining at Muse was an impressive experience, right from the beginning being welcomed inside. The atmosphere, stunning architecture with high ceilings and expansive windows, the excellent and attentive staff who exuded a genuine joy for their job, and of course, the stunning food. Fresh and subtle flavours with Japanese influences, a variety of textures and gorgeous complimentary wines recommend by the sommelier. I had the silken tofu, zucchini risotto and famous muse coconut, while my partner had the cured kangaroo, slow-cooked wagyu and toasted cheddar cream brioche. We felt completely taken care of and had every need attended to. The delicious complimentary cake to celebrate our anniversary was such a nice touch. We left completely satisfied and stuffed! It would be a joy to return one day soon. Thank you."

"Nanna Kerr's is all about organic, locally sourced food. Hence the menu is constantly changing you will actually see it written on a blackboard and not on paper as it changes constantly depending on produce. We ate our way through the menu, which has also a lot of vegan and vegetarian options. When you are visiting do try the chicken pate when it's on the menu! The rabbit and plum casserolle was also delightful, full of exotic flavours borrowed from the Middle East. A great option for guests who are after locally produced food, and for vegans who will appreciate the variety of dishes on the menu."
