when I'm close, I never come by after I'm back all much more beautiful eating that deserves lightness and service 5 stars, please continue so
very good food, but the restaurant is very 60s style. the quality in the service was very low in recent times. slow and often unfriendly.

"The almost 250 km long trip was really worth it. We visited a horse farm in the area and settled in the beer garden of Old City Gate on a recommendation for lunch. For the big sunny weather nobody could. But thanks for the excellent regional cuisine at very moderate prices and the absolutely perfect service goes quite clearly into the kitchen and the service of the Landgasthof. "We stopped on a whim after catching a glimpse as we drove by on a scenic,back road route to Burg Eltz, and had a delightfully tasty light lunch in an absolutely magical setting. The creativity of the converted stone barn and courtyard was surprising and charming and the meal thoroughly enjoyable. Staff were perfect, all the guests were having a great time; we loved every minute of it. We had such a great time that at one point one of us quipped, What castle? as though all thought of our destination was erased by the pleasure of the moment. Go and enjoy!"
