Telegram is a cool looking coffee shop in the State Buildings._Luke makes a great coffee just to my liking using Dukes / Loaded coffee beans.
The Telegram offers coffee made from Dukes Coffee's beans in Melbourne as well as the Loaded Coffee Roasters in Nedlands.

"5 of us came this evening and 3/5 of us were sick and had the same symptoms (stomach ache, vomiting 30 minutes after eating) and the other 2 were just not well but no vomiting. I suspect poor quality of the products, I do not recommend."
