Telegram is a cool looking coffee shop in the State Buildings._Luke makes a great coffee just to my liking using Dukes / Loaded coffee beans.

The Telegram offers coffee made from Dukes Coffee's beans in Melbourne as well as the Loaded Coffee Roasters in Nedlands.

The State Buildings house a number of excellent retailers, amongst them Telegram Coffee, a coffee stand run by Luke Arnold, offering meticulously crafted
