"I ordered the seafood platter and my husband the mushroom burger. Both excellent. Enough fries on the seafood platter for both of us. Meals were hot and fresh, and reasonably priced. Service was friendly and quick and the drive-in experience took us back to childhood. Excellent establishment for a greasy, fast food lunch treat. Recommend."

"Every time I dine here, breakfast or lunch, I have a great experience. The food is great, the service is excellent, the location so easy to to find, park and visit. Great selection of fresh, made on site, dishes. Once you've had their fish tacos, you'll be back!"

"We went to Orestes for our Easter dinner celebration on Saturday May 15th. We called a different restaurant first but they were full, so we decided to try the new Greek restaurant. They had no problem with a table for 12 and when we showed up we were seated in an area a little apart from the other guests which was wonderful.The dining experience was AMAZING!!! The wife and husband duo could not do enough for us and were so sweet. We were very quickly seated and drinks were ordered and in front of us within minutes. (we did not have to pour our own glass of wine the whole night as they were always right there doing it for us. Some of the people in our party ordered the platters for 2 and he explained how the plates would come out and in which order. Before long, the feasting began. Food was constantly coming out, but perfectly timed. As soon as one course was finished, the next was being placed before you. There was a little of everything ordered in our group and all were totally satisfied. My daughter husband and myself shared the olive dip with pita and I wanted to lick the bowl. Then I ordered the spanikopita and calamari which was cooked perfectly. My daughter had the calamari and the lamb dish. She ended up having to take most of here main course home for dinner the next night as the servings were so large. (and we were a little greedy seeing as we both pretty much had 2 appy's. Lol. My husband ordered a pasta dish and it looked so good and cheesy. At the end of the meal, we all had to decline dessert as we were so full. Before our bills were brought (and correctly separated for us) we were served a little shots of some kind of Greek liquor. It was tasty and a very nice gesture. Not one person from our group left without rave reviews, and I can't wait to go back :)"

"An interesting little place in an old church. The service was friendly and attentive. We ordered 2 pieces of fish. The tartar sauce was amazing. The coleslaw had a pleasant fruit taste to it. The fish has felt like a good portion. We all ordered the garlic fries. The garlic aioli was very good. I felt the portion of fries was a little small for the amount that we paid for the dish. All in all it was a very good meal and would definitely come back for more."

"Good lively atmosphere in a convenient location in Port Alberni. The staff were friendly and very efficient. We were told that there would be a half hour wait but in fact it was less and the staff treated us very well. Good selection of fish and meat at a variety of price points. This close to the water I would always choose fish and can highly recommend the Pacific wild salmon dish called 'Drunken maple salmon'. It came with salad and vegetables and a choice of potato/rice/chips. Delicious and a good sized portion. The house red Malbec was smooth and good value. You will not be disappointed in this place."
