"This is a roadside woodfire pizza restaurant it does a lot of take out, but you can also sit outside in the Muskoka chairs while you devour a pizza. There are also a few picnic benches. The pizza was AMAZING! They make bread too, and it shows because the pizza dough was really delicious."

"No doubt why this place is a Muskoka institution, but I can’t get over the fact that NOTHING is priced or signed. What’s up with that? Are they so afraid that people won’t pick most things up and take them to the cash because they...are too expensive? It bothered me so much that I had to mention it. I’m sure the baking is very good though. Jeff"

"When they say best schnitzel in the north they aren't lying. I got the schnitzel with mushroom sauce which was amazing and my friend got the fried chicken sandwich which he described as the softest chicken breast he'd had fried."

"I often get takeout from this location their food is always amazing. I really enjoy the brisket sandwich, and their burgers are fantastic. Their fries are really good, and they always serve in house made condiments eg. Grain mustard, fresh ketchup etc. I’m not a big fan of them, but everyone else in the house does. Regardless I like the effort so well done.. I have two concerns though when arriving at the restaurant, there can be a long wait time to be acknowledged by staff there is no apparent hostess by the door, and the serving staff don’t seem concerned with someone standing by the beer case. The other issue is a number of items on the menu seem to be unavailable for takeout which can be frustrating when you get set on a meal but are then told they don’t have any way to package it or the item doesn’t “travel well”. All in all though, they have a good thing happening there, and the restaurant always has a good atmosphere"

"Fit d it to be cosy although there's a patio. That was very pretty comfortable. Server pleasant knowledgeable re menus."
