"Absolutely amazing! Best Indian I have had is years. Lamb Vindaloo was properly prepared spicy, complex, flavorful, and not overly hot. Served with fresh butter garlic brushed naan and perfect rice. Both chicken dishes my wife and son had were special and flavored to perfection. Sitting by the window overlooking Lake Erie was a bonus. Service was polite, thorough, and unobtrusive. Apps were just right. Noise level proper for the small space. Thank you to the excellent staff!"

"This place is amazing! The food was absolutely delicious. Seasoned just right and big portions. Everyone left full and happy. Our waitress was very nice (I believe she is the only waitress) and chatted with is at the end. She even had a Canadian penny. My son had been searching for a Canadian penny since we got here. Now he has it. I ordered the Greek omelette. It came with home fries and toast. My husband got the fats domino, it is 3 fluffy pancakes. My husband and I shared our meals. Our daughter ordered the chicken finger buffalo wrap and it came with fries. Our son ordered the cheeseburger with fries. Coffee and 2 sodas. Our bill was $40 and some change."

"The VHC is our absolute favorite restaurant in the Niagara region. When we visit from New Brunswick, Vegan Hippie Chick is our first delicious meal!! The staff and Mandy are all so kind!! We make sure to get in as many different dishes when we are there. Looking forward to our next visit !! Thanks for your food and entertainment"

"Restuarant conveniently located at the middle point of a 2 hour ride and had a nice outdoor patio with a view off the ship canal. We selected cappuccinos and decided to go for the bruschetta starter that another couple had - 10 small rounds of bread with 5 different toppings - fruit, cheeses, and bacon if I recall correctly. Excellent as we as the coffee. Service friendly and professional. The layout and decor seems to be very nice and downstairs there’s a moderate sized function room.Recommended."

"I was new to the niagara area and was looking for a good shwarma place. Since i found this place, ive been coming weekly! These guys are so nice, professional AND they make excellent food! Spices on the chicken is so well done ? Try my favourite : Chicken Salad!"

"Didn't really know what to expect here but the place ultimately exceeded all my expectations. Friendly staff, a large variety of freshly cooked food (and awesome desserts!), and a personal touch by Jeff (managing partner) made the visit worth every buck!"

"Ordered take out, right from the hop the guy on the phone was friendly while taking our order. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by all the staff while we waited for our food to be ready. Everyone was very hospitable. The owner brought the food to us himself and thanked us for our order which was a nice touch. Food was very tasty, butter chicken was very creamy and the udon soup full of flavour. Samosas were also very good. Only complaint was the chicken pieces in the curry and soup were a little chewy. All in all it was a pleasant experience and great food. Will be back to try out other menu options in the future."
