"This place was recommended to us and we tried it for lunch. the food was excellent. my man had the fish and chips and I ordered the daily special, roasted western sandwich with a cup suppe. the suppe was homemade mushroom and the cup...was a large portion. the west in sandwich was large and well cooked. the fish and chips were a large portion, many hand-cut French pommes and homemade coleslaw. we were both full when we were gone. service was fast and very friendly. all Covid protocols have been tracked. this is a bar- only restaurant, but there is a cash machine on the ground."

"I had lunch with a friend at Bremfields' the other day - and it was just perfect! They offer one item for lunch - so we had fabulous chicken salad on a very fresh and tasty bun with a side salad, that included watermelon and pumpkin seeds. It really was great - plenty to eat but we didn't feel stuffed. So we had room for dessert - and then we were stuffed.Coffee is self-serve and they have a nice assortment of teas. I have already mentioned the great variety of baked goods - and they also sell potted flowers and jams. Wait staff were friendly and efficient. I overheard someone ask about their hours and they serve lunch until 2:00 - or until they are sold out. On Saturdays, they serve waffles. So, although there were lots of ladies there for lunch, I will be taking my husband in for waffles one Saturday."

"Went for quick lunch. The Sweet Chili Shrimp Burrito was excellent. The friendly young lady gave me a menu right away then returned to get my drink order. The food was fast and delicious. I'm going back."
