After long day travel we called in for a drink and the bar was buzzing with locals. We sat at the bar and listened to the banter while the local footy team sold tickets in meat raffle. My partner had the special of the day, crumbed flake and it was fabulous. I had the beef nachos which were pretty ordinary. not enough topping and cheese and very limited flavour and beef. View all feedback.

It was refreshing to find a hotel that still believes in great service and a wide range of great pub food, we had a fantastic night. Highly recommend it!!
Wanted a special night out with my wife. Selected the Star. Beautiful dining room. Ordered Caesar salad with King prawns
Cannot fault the meals at The Star....it's good honest food and you can top up at the hot and cold food bars....you will not go hungry at The Star.The pasta dish was a very enjoyable and more than enough for me. Five of us in the group and everyone enjoyed their meals.The ladies in the group were very impressed with the toilet facilities - very clean and tidy.
