Restaurant has closed permanently. Unfortunate but they did not keep up with the competition .It had gone from a flourishing restaurant that you could frequent...

"Local and has the boost after tv show. Went on Fri Canada Day weekend. Port Hope had a blackout that effected Olympia. Shame as tons of people coming in. Owner staff frustrated but very polite. Was able to get wine and beer so we stayed hour or so and ordered food. Great selections and great food. My favourite beer Tankhouse and the burger selection was awesome. Great salads and even fries were good. Good prices and have been back several times and spreading the word! Keep it goin!"

"Growing up near Port Hope, I used to go to St. Anthony?s elementary and on lunch break, all the kids would walk to a little red shack down the street called Mother?s to get fries and gravy. Now that shack has turned into the awesome Schnitzel Shack and I couldn?t have been more excited re-live my youth! Pictures of the food won?t do this place justice! Just go, try it and you?ll see what the hype is about! Absolutely delicious in ever way! The schnitzel was so tender yet crispy, it was heavenly! Perfectly crisp fries! They also have some AMAZING gravy! I love a great rich beef gravy and this place has nailed it! Their prices are fantastic for how much food you get. Both my husband and myself couldn?t finish our meals because they really pack the box! They also have a really nice little dining patio to sit on surrounded by flowers. We will 100% be back to this lovely little gem!"

"The Ale House is becoming our favourite spot. Great wings, NHB draft, sports on the TV's and cheesy 80's music in the background. Great spot to go with friends for dinner and drinks, without a lot of background noise like the larger places in town."

"This is a classic road-side BBQ joint. Stopped for lunch with the family on our way through and we were glad we did. The brisket was tasty, as were the sandwiches and fried chicken. Fries were great too. We all left with full and happy bellies.Food: 5/5"

"We were camping Sunday overnight in Grafton and decided to go out for dinner somewhere close by. Most of the options were fast food or locations that had already closed early.We saw that Arthur’s Pub was open and decided to give it a try. We ordered the Turkey Meatloaf and the Shepherd’s Pie. The service was warm and the food was wonderfully tasty. I highly recommend anyone in the Coburg area to give this restaurant a try as it is definitely a local gem."

"Takeaway only Disappointing but go with majority experience. Every business can have an off day; that was our experience. We ordered two souvlakis on pita wraps, one pork, one chicken. The pork pieces were scorched with a distinctive burned taste. The tsziki sauce was a little garlicky but could have been much more flavorful. Overall taste of both was somewhat bland. Try something else!"
