I've been coming to Eastern Cathay for over a decade.Their food is reminiscent of the Republic Cafe (NW Portland) in the good old days. I understand that the chef worked there...which might explain the resemblance.The lady behind the counter is always pleasant and friendly and the food is very good. Terrible customer service, called in an order. She didn 't ask for my name and didn 't tell me how long, when I called back to ask how long, the lady said "it 's up to you! And hung up on me... this place is a joke. I canceled my order. I rather drive a little further! View all feedback.
