What User likes about Slate:
My boyfriend and I were visiting Portland for a friend's wedding. We didn't know much about the city, so when looking for restaurants we did simple searches through OpenTable. Slate was undoubtedly our best find! We were seated in the outdoor patio/garden, which is a beautiful space. Our server was kind, funny and attentive. The drinks were absolutely delicious. What User doesn't like about Slate:
the best part of the restaurant is the magnificent terrace hidden from the main train of mississippi ave. we ordered six items and 2 were amazing, the other four were ok and pretty all used the same ingredients for different dishes. the waiter was very nice, but a bit noticeably on the specials and menu elements. I wish equinox was still there! View all feedback.

In addition to a variety of menus, the menu also offers a diversity of beverages and typical house dishes. Additionally, the menu also takes into account dishes and ingredients that have been positively highlighted by guests, even if these have not yet been listed.
