eating here is just amazing. I lived in london and it is the only place in portland that meets exactly right. her Sunday roast was next level today and happened to fall on my birthday, which was excellent. very beautiful server and a cool atmosphere. had a great time. guiness was on the spot. First off, this is NOT authentic British food. It’s overly sweet and they have clearly never tasted proper mushy peas. Please for the sake of anyone coming overseas don’t waste your time. Also the server we had wanted to automatically bring our tablet for checking out with her desired 20% tip, which was laughable considering I waited 15 minutes for a beer and she never checked on us except when collecting her tab. Lovely place, great staff. Solid pub food and big TVs. Opens early for international soccer games. Has a casual vibe but definitely not a dive.
