We were two couples, one of us took a juice and the other simply had water. We decide to sit at the table but in less than a minute a waiter arrived telling us to pay for the seat since the juice was takeaway. After paying €5 for a juice it was the minimum to be able to sit at the tables outside (which by the way were almost all empty so I don't understand what the problem was).
