"Excellent food and service. I have been to many top rated restaurants in Funchal and I did not like the food as much as I did at this restaurant. Finally a taste of typical Mediterranean cuisine, where you can sense flavours of meats and vegetables. I am a very fussy customer but the service together with fantastic food was a really pleasant experience for a solo traveler. Portions were big for the prices and even a foodie like me couldn’t finish them easily : I usually don’t eat desserts but I couldn’t say no after I saw a nice presentation and description provided by the staff to another table. I left very full and satisfied. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough, in my opinion the best in Madeira and Porto Santo."

"A unique place, which would compete nicely not just in Porto Santo, but in any large city. We end up eating there 3 times out of our 7 day stay in Porto Santo. All food options were great, but my favourite was dried Skipjack fish."

"Visited this place on Sunday and we were not disappointed. The staff from the very outset were friendly and knowledgeable of their products. The fresh fish of day was shown but nothing was pushed on you. The waiter made a great recommendation on a good red wine to suit our choice of dish and the host kept checking on us. The food was excellent quality and the timing between courses was perfect. The kids meal option was ideal and they provided colouring pads and pens for our five year old. The food and wine in my opinion was very high quality and I can highly recommended this as a must visit whilst on the island even if you are all inclusive."

"Restaurants offering good veggie food on Porto Santo are limited but we can recommend the Torres which offers two options on its menu including an imaginative wild rice, mushroom and nut dish that was exceptionally tasty and nicely presented. I rate this as the best main meal I had during a 2-week stay in Madeira and Porto Santo. The house white was also good quality and the dessert delicious. The outdoor setting for our meal was delightful and the staff attentive. The restaurant is situated some distance from the main hotel area on Porto Santo and offers a pick-up service. While this is no doubt reflected in their prices, we can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and would return again if visiting the island again"
