All you need to know is I ate here 3 times while in Positano for 4 days. Super friendly staff and amazingly delicious food. You can get any sauce with gluten free pasta, which has a great texture and is light. I fell in love with the Caprese pasta salad, super fresh. Terrible experience. They, of course, had naturally GF foods such as seafood and meat. However since I am a vegetarian I didn't inquire how it was cooked. They had zero GF options like pasta and pizza. The food looked very good but I settled for a salad which was good but not great.
