Stopped at a coffee shop in Lewiston, ID. Not being familiar with Doma nor having my phone to research, I passed on buying a bag as the only info listed about the bean, other than flavor notes, was that it was organic and coffee. It would be helpful to know if it was arabica or robusta, country of origin, fair trade, etc... View all feedback.
I have tried and tried again with Doma. While I enjoy their beans for French press or drip I cannot ever recommend them for espresso.
