We were welcomed with our pooch. We were the only people seated outside i worried we might be forgotten about, not a problem at all! We had two lovely young waitresses look after us. Our drinks and entree arrived promptly, and mains in a timely manner as well. The vegetable fajitas was massive, i had some help from my partner and there was still some left over. Tbh I'm not thd biggest fan of Mexican-styled food but the othe half likes it, and it was a well-populated and friendly place on the night we visited.Portions were a big bigger than i wouldve exected and well presented, fresh and had a bit of zing.Only grumble was what was said to be chilli con carne which to me is a mince/bean combination, turned out to b some pulled-beef concoction. Great to have found an authentic Mexican restaurant with an Australian twist ! We really enjoyed the setting and the service. There is great artwork on the walls, decor and a cosy atmosphere. Would love to see some live music here, apparently they have music certain nights while you can eat. The servings are HUGE and the flavours are fantastic !!!
We have enjoyed our visits here. The food is fine. I guess this is as close to 'authentic ' Mexican food as you are likely to find in Queensland. The staff are helpful and while the prices are a bit high, that 's kinda what you expect in a tourist spot. The place is popular enough with tourists and locals alike. I think the locals come more for a Mexican beer or a sangria in a shady spot. I don 't think you will go too far wrong with a visit here.
Had dinner here last night. Everything was quality and very enjoyable. Staff were relaxed and made you feel welcome. Sitting on the back deck did feel like a bad choice, would suggest screening off the carpark and a bit of landscaping just to complete the rest of the place. But we will be back.
Family favorite in the Pottsville area. Have always had a great meal here. A former house, this restaurant has as a couple of dining areas as well as outside dining. If you like Mexican I think you will be truly satisfied here.

I really don't like the whole 'pulled dog-meat' phase that seems to b doing the rounds in NZ and Aus now.Othrwise have no complaints with thd restaurant.
