Today was a great day to be in Prescott. Went up for the day to get out of The Valley and to plan the snow and it was well worth it. Stopped in Prescott on the way back and found one of the greatest greatest barbecue places That I have eaten at in a long time.They make everything in house barbecue Sauces of all kinds of flavors Mac and cheese their own brisket ribs French fries you name it they make it in house. What Dnice destinations doesn't like about Colt 804 Grill Cottonwood:
The good: We split a full rack of ribs and added the 'Make-it-a-Meal ' option. The ribs arrived already separated and sauced. The sauce was OK, but I would have preferred selecting my own. Also, they were fairly chewy. The smoked beans were very good. The not so good: They do not have towelettes to clean your saucy fingers. They do not have WiFi. View all feedback.
