"Greatest place I have ever stumbled upon. My brother and I travel around the state for work once a month and we stop here every time we come to alpena. The atmosphere here is so comfortable and inviting. The service is extremely fast, I dont know how they get the food out so fast and exceptional. We won't eat breakfast just so we can have an empty stomach to eat all of the lunch. There is nothing on the menu that I wouldn't recommend, it's phenomenal. I wish they had one out by me in Macomb!"

"Honestly haven't had a bad meal from this place! Have to follow them on Facebook for updates to their specials and that's the best stuff. Once in a while they do japense dishes which are sooooo good! For a dive bar with this kind of food, how have they not been on Diners Drive Ins Dives. And that's all I have to say about that. Jackée"

"Love the pancakes and ham breakfast. Coffee with cream is a dream taste of the day. Sometimes the cinnamon bread just whips me away to my childhood. The big breakfast is for the long days. Always filling is their Short Stack of pancakes. Fluffy, filling the whole 8inch plate ."
