This was are first visit to a Pizza Hut restaurant and it was brilliant, the reason was the friendly service and the Gluten free food. Our granddaughter has coeliac and gluten-free and the waitress (Rebecca C) was very helpful to explain the menu and also gave us a fact sheet to look at all the ingredients. Very poor customer service. We arrived to be told it's card only. I didn't like being told how I should pay for my food. We got seated next to two other customers side by side not a pleasant experience.
