What a lovely place, staff so warm and welcoming. Lots of space, dogs welcome, decor so different and the food just beautiful, cooked to perfection. What Ben B doesn't like about Roots:
Not the cleanest and fairly poor hygiene practices . Cutlery was filthy we had to clean it ourselves with wipes. The chef used her apron to dry her hands after coming out the kitchen for some salt for whatever she was making. Her hands were covered in mayo/ salad cream .
