What OldBear likes about The Ancient Oak:
A late afternoon/ very early evening meal. We ordered via the QR code on the table, although you can order at the bar if you prefer! Our meals took less than 20 minutes to be served. They were hot and enjoyable and in nice comfortable surroundings. There was a good choice of cask conditioned ales and other drinks available. Would definitely recommend it. View all feedback.
What Will B doesn't like about The Ancient Oak:
We’ve ordered from here a few times via Deliveroo and the first couple of times were absolutely fine and the food was great, the last 3 times have been awful! Mainly due to the orders being wrong, due to allergies the burger has been ordered plain which is clearly on the deliveroo receipt attached to the bag but every time the pub gets it wrong honestly it’s like they plaster extra sauce on so the person can’t eat it...
