As someone who has managed staff before, I was very impressed with the service I received from Brooklyn. I was greeted with a big smile and enthusiasm. She read back my order to make sure she got it right. And then prepared my order quickly without sacrificing quality. Probably the worst experience I've had at a Tim's in a long time. The food drinks were fine, but the communication was horrible. The cashier spoke below his breath (behind plexiglass), and misunderstood my order about 3 or 4 times.
