She read back my order to make sure she got it right. And then prepared my order quickly without sacrificing quality. Probably the worst experience I've had at a Tim's in a long time. The food drinks were fine, but the communication was horrible. The cashier spoke below his breath (behind plexiglass), and misunderstood my order about 3 or 4 times.
