"This place just seems to get things so right. The food is truly outstanding, the location is great and the service is excellent. Undoubtedly the best meal we've had during this and previous visits to Corsica. Probably best to book to avoid disappointment; we saw people being turned away without a reservation on a Monday night."

"We can here once with a group and a second time by ourselves. The service is very good and consistent. The food on both visits was very good. Meals included the pizza, the chevre chaud salad, the beef tartare and the steak. The desserts are presented in a fun way with very festive accoutrements. The Colonel is a hit."
