This was a gourmet experience. I'm not vegan and I don't eat a raw diet. Eating at the bar and speaking with Sam the chef made this an education while she served us food that was very pleasing to the pallet. The waitress Rachel also added the comfort level to the dining experience. BYOB definitely keeps the place simple relaxed.
