Arby's - Provo

What Mason Lang likes about Arby's:
Just came in for a pickup, but they were the most chillest and cool people. Really nice guy there, didn't get his name, was transparent about some changes to my order they had to make. Super happy about being told about it before finding out on my own. Great service all around. View all feedback.

What Jerry Welker doesn't like about Arby's:
3:30 in the afternoon. Nobody else in line ordered the new burger, it's okay. Bought it in a meal so almost $15.00. Fries were old and cold. Gentlemen at the window told me at least a 4 minute wait. It's been 7 minutes so far.I don't have to eat here Arbys. I'm looking at a McDonald's across the street while waiting. Taco bell, Carl's Jr. Chick fil a, sonic, Finally got the fries. Guy who handed them to me was not happy. No sorry etc. Just handed them to me.Didn't get napkins it bag.I guess My expectations are too high.
