Dairy Queen - Provo

We loved this place! The food was great and delivered fast. The owners and the staff were super friendly, they talked long with my young daughter and were really friendly and interested in her. She really liked how nice they were. It can be busy in summer evenings with BYU camps and things, but I believe they work to make the location bigger to accommodate this. We really loved this place and plan to go back soon!

My wife and I just went through the ride and the service was exceptional! Although the employees on the 4th July worked, they were very positive and friendly. They let us use our starving student card and when we originally asked if they offer pup cups, they said no. But as they gave us our food, they also made an ice cone for our dog! The frits were hot and the hamburgers were delicious.

Dairy Queen has long been a beloved franchise in my book. This special JUST site opened after a few years of temporary closure and still tries to restore, retrain and restore the business. That said, despite the long waiting period and the small slip-ups, the staff was very friendly and very willing to help if you are not satisfied. Not the best food, but a great experience.

I went to this place twice since he reopened. The first time I was not impressed. I left today and they were much better. Everyone was happier and more experienced so things went faster. The food was hot (good)

Newly remodeled. The remodel is nice, it’s very clean and has a more open floor plan. They are still ironing out some of the kinks of reopening, but the service was great, the food was delicious, and overall I had a wonderful Dairy Queen experience.
