I had absolutely a wonderful experience today. My 20-month daughter ate some bites of her chicken nugget and I learned why she wouldn't eat it, there was a bone in it. I brought the bone to share with them is what I found and if I could only get a cheeseburger as it was her first nugget she had. The manager looked at it, no questions asked us a free Cheeseburger. From time to time I enjoy a nice, frosty, delicious Diet Coke, and nobody does Diet Coke better than McDonald's. For whatever reason, this McDonald's is INCAPABLE of giving me Diet Coke, and almost always gives me regular Coke. Even after clarifying multiple times that I ordered Diet Coke, I still got handed regular Coke. It's not hard. Don't give people Coke when they ask for Diet Coke. View all feedback.
