brisket and swarm 2 meat plate with smoked potato, potato salad and maisbrot. liked the taste of everything. brisket is comminuted (which it is slightly dried) instead of serving a cut. sauce is sweet. colleage gastronomic with my ate the jalapeño sausages and brisket with smoked potato and mac n cheese. both of us enjoyed the meal and will be back soon. Service was horrific. Took forever for them to make simple drinks and prepare very simple plates of food. Watched numerous other patrons having to wait for minutes for simple plate of meat to be made. Just slow moving. Did not try the food, but if the food is good tasting then the prices seem fair.
