"The boulevard has the perfect ambience of Pondicherry. The interior design reflects the boulevards of what was then Pondicherry. The food is delicious. The prices are quite reasonable. For this, Bay by Buddha comes as a great option. Located on the rooftop (3rd floor), of the Promenade hotel, take a corner seat and you would be able to feel and see the waves in all its measures.<br>

They have only an open space for seating, so when it rains one might have to move down to the cafe. But, the view and time spent here definitely come with breezy winds and soulful wave sounds.<br>
