Very bad service. Wouldn't have complained about the ambience if the food had at least been good. Came here for the buffet. There were only two non-vegetarian options. My family is a vegetarian, so we didn't have a lot of choices. Found dirt on the sliced ​​carrots, struggled to get a waiter's attention and waited longer for their service. Never have I ever left a buffet on a half empty stomach: /

The ambience is good. Starters and main course is ok too. But the service is really bad. I wasn't expecting this from the Atithi group. You should do something about it. Good place for party and fun. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods are good. Dessert is a bit out of date, but manageable. Overall the hotel is fine.

The boulevard has the perfect ambience of Pondicherry. The interior design reflects the boulevards of what was then Pondicherry. The food is delicious. The prices are quite reasonable. The buffets cost 750 / - including tax and are quite full. The ambience is a big plus. The sink and toilets are at the other end of the hotel which is a huge minus.

We decided to try French cuisine. Presumably the cook is from Chetinad ???? It was spicy and tasty like our own food. Everything under French cuisine on the menu sounded so good in French but there was normal food ???? I had fish and chips and a tandoori type chicken lolly pop stuff. Delicious food! I wonder why they never had a buffet without vegetables. The service was good. The food was brought slowly. Expensive but good.

We visited this hotel as a group of two families for a late evening meal. Ambience: Amazing interior, lighting and a live band playing songs that the guests wanted. Pricing: Priced perfectly for the quality and quantity they offer. Service: Very slow. The waiter mentioned that the meal would take time. I can't blame the restaurant for arriving quite late but not too late as their closing time. Essen: In a word: Ingenious Every single dish we ordered was perfectly prepared and made us forget the long wait. Absolutely delicious. Some standout features were the beef salt and pepper, butter chicken, and chilly beef. Total damage: 1976 We will come back in any case.
