This is my favorite cafe in Puerto Vallarta and I go almost daily for lunch. The sandwiches are really good, especially the egg salad that is a little spicy, and the BLT. Their soups are all really good, especially the cream soups. The coffee is excellent, and the private courtyard is a great place to spend an hour or two chatting with friends. Have just dropped in as it has great reviews. Ordered coffee and french toast and sat in the quiet little courtyard. Coffee arrived quickly - a little bitter for my personal taste but nice and hot. 20 minutes or more later and no sign of the toast so I went to enquire if it was coming.
