Went to Cabana Azul which is located within Pancho Villa Resteraunt. Well, the chicken I had was to die for, succulent, moist and above all the flavor was one I'd never experienced. I found out the chicken had been marinated for 14 hours in beer and peruvian spices, we accompanied it with the vegetarian rice dish, total success. Would totally recommend this resteraunt. What Dessie Brakus doesn't like about Cabana Azul:
I hadn't been to Cabana Azul in several months so decided to go last weekend. There was a sign on the location saying they had moved West to Pancho Villa Burgers. We ordered the usual package. The chicken tasted like regular grilled chicken. It did not tast like it had been marinated. The rice was not the same as the old recipe. The green sauce was very spicy.
