What User likes about Chez Elena:
This is where old Hollywood would stay when in Puerto Vallarta. Liz Taylor, James Dean. Quaint atmosphere. Fantastic food. Go up on the roof for drinks before dinner, over look the whole bay. View all feedback.

Disappointed. The website advertised two for one specials on Tuesdays and Thursdays. My husband and I went Tuesday evening and once we were seated we asked if there was a special menu for the specials. The waiter told us no, there was no specials today....Since we were already seated we decided to stay. The food was good but their website is misleading…. View all feedback.
