"We visited PV the 3rd week in July. We had seen good reviews for this restaurant. We were greeted by the owner and chef Roberto, who proceeded to join us and explain his menu. we had the special shrimp appetizer which was wonderful. My wife had the seared tuna and I had the fish Robert. Both were absolutely outstanding. When we visit again in Jan., this will be one of our must stays. The only thing I do not understand is how Trip Advisor has this as only their 60th best. Was one of our favorites!"

"Chef Julio’s cooking class was one of my favorite experiences while vacationing in Puerto Vallarta. It was so much more than just a cooking class! Chef Julio walked us through different neighborhoods pointing out all the sights on our way to the Mercado Emiliano Zapata....There we shopped for fresh chickens, vegetables and watched fresh tortillas being made. Back at the rooftop kitchen that looked out at the Pacific, we had fun chopping and grilling and stirring while Julio instructed us in Mexican food and culture. Later we sat down to a delicious meal and even sampled Raicilla made from Julio’s abuela’s recipe! Fun fun day!"
