My family of five walked to La Dolce Pizzeria from out resort. The restaurant was divided into two sections, a bar section which was open air and an enclosed restaurant part that was air conditioned. We chose the AC part. The waiter was very attentive, refilling our drinks often. We ordered antipasto and fried shrimp and calamari. All delicious! For our main course we each ordered our own pizzas. What User doesn't like about La Dolce Pizzeria:
Went with my family and friends waited 15 min for a table. Restaurant had 3 empty tables for four people, We were 6 I asked Hostess if she could join two tables of 4, she said no we had to wait for a larger table..Not very accommodating nor cared that we would leave to the other restaurant next door. The first time my husband and I were here, it was for an evening meal. my man had the bark medal and I had the cheese paste. both were very good! the service was also fantastic! for the second time we sat on the bar for a beer and waited for our pizza and our salat. don't complain again!
Really delicious food. extensive menu and fantastic prices. will definitely return. we had pizza, pasta and salad and everything was fantastic!
Hector and jorge are the best plus the rest of the staff are beautiful. eating is amazing above and beyond.
Ate at their Nuevo Vallarta place on Dec. Virtually no service. Took hours to eat. Pasta is better out of a can. Pizza nothing special. Asked for ice. Came after an hour. My chicken parm had no thin pieces of chicken...deep fried. No sauce. Vegetables were cold and looked like it came from Costco freezer. Meal came with loose mash potatoes. No pasta available. Do you call this a great Italian restaurant? If so you better not recommend it to friends. Or they will be FORMER friends.
I ate here twice. I can't say enough good things about it. we enjoyed the whole food start (calamari, pizza, drinks, etc). the waiter was attentive and quick to respond to requests. Finally, the bill was easy on the wallet.
