La Langosta Feliz - Puerto Vallarta

If you like a local favorite like me, this is the place and one with low prices. I chose Sea Bass with curry cream sauce and it was served with yhe best garlic and garlic toasted bread with rice and sautéed squash. Flan to finish. One of the best!!

This run of the mill seafood place specializes in overcharging the customers. They pay taxi drivers to bring tourists to the restaurant. After, a low class service and food, you will be presented with a bill in terrible handwriting where even if you could read Spanish, you could not be able to tell what's in the bill, so you cannot even tell if this is your bill, or what you're being charged for each of the items. On top of that the prices are shown in pesos. They intentionally obscure the bill so that they can overcharge you without you being aware of what's happening. Don't be a sucker and stay away from this scam of a place!!!

We came here on a recommendation to to its walking distance from the house we are staying in. We instantly new we had come to the right place!! The service was fantastic and the food outstanding!! Our group had 7 different entrees and everyone had nothing but the highest compliments for all!! The hit of the table was the Bacon Wrapped Sea Bass the filet of the sea! Highly recommend The Happy Lobster!!

This place is centrally located by the Los Muertos Beach with great views and a few feet away from the Malecón! The food was just ok in my opinion, the only great plate was their Fried Snapper that was really good
